What is the cost of an in-person diagnosis?

As experts in trichology, we offer this service free of charge. Our goal is to support and guide you in treating any hair-related condition.

On the Disorders page, we describe the different issues that can affect the scalp and hair. This way, you can identify which condition needs treatment.

We also suggest a general treatment for each condition. All products include links to their usage instructions.

Yes, it is important and necessary, as this way we will have your information to contact you in case of any issue. Additionally, by creating your account, you will have access to your purchase history, your favorites list, and, if you wish, receive our newsletter with promotions, discounts, and information that may be of interest to you.

How do I place an order?

Access the ONLINE SHOP:

  3. Inside your cart, you can change the quantity or edit your order.
  4. If you have one, enter an active discount code and continue.
  5. Select the shipping method, complete your shipping address, and then continue.

How can I receive free samples with my order?

With every order, we include samples so you can try different products. If you haven’t received them, please write to us at info@dsddeluxe.com, and we will add 2 sample packs to your next order.

Why have some payments with bank cards been declined?

Cards are declined when the expiration date has passed, if they are not issued within the European Union, or if the card is European but the cardholder’s billing address is outside the EU. In these cases, the safest option is to pay via PayPal, which allows you to link any card easily, or by bank transfer.

Do you ship outside the European Union?

Outside the European Union, we can sell to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Monaco. We do not ship to the Canary Islands.
