Return Policy

Conditions:

We will accept product returns in the event that products arrive damaged or defective. In these cases, the customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the order, providing details of the damage and, if possible, photographic evidence by contacting Customer Service: info@dsddeluxe.com.

We will assess the incident and arrange for the return and offer a replacement or refund.

Follow the steps below to return your item:

1. Customer Service Email:

Send an email to our Customer Service department via Contact, including your order number, contact information, and reason for return.

2. Return your Package by Registered Delivery:
We strongly recommend sending the parcel by recorded delivery service (which requires a signature on delivery). We cannot be held responsible for returned products that are lost in transit.

Once your return is approved, send back your item(s) using registered delivery (available at your local post office). Please do this within 10 business days. Ship to:

Keep the registered delivery receipt as proof of shipment. Wrap your items securely, preferably in the original packaging.

3. We are going to contact you within 30 business days with your refund, replacement, or exchange.
Upon receiving your items, we'll check they're unused and sealed, processing the return promptly. Refunds will be issued through your original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days during peak times.
