Male Androgenetic Alopecia is the most common cause of hair loss in men. It is a hereditary and hormonal condition that progressively affects the hair follicles, causing their miniaturisation and, eventually, hair loss.

This type of alopecia follows a characteristic pattern:

   I. Mainly, it starts and is detected with the receding front hairline, the receding hairline.

II. Over time, a bald spot may form on the top of the head.

III. And, in advanced cases, the affected areas merge together leaving only a band of hair on the sides and back of the head.

There are effective treatments that can slow the progression and, in some cases, stimulate hair growth.
