Dry dandruff is a common scalp condition in which accumulations of dead cells appear and form fine, white flakes that are visible on the skin and usually fall and are visible on the shoulders. It may be accompanied by itching or tightness of the scalp, but without inflammation. The scalp appears dry, dull and rough.
The mechanism of occurrence of dandruff is due to an increased rate of desquamation of the epidermis, where the cells of the basal layer take half the time of an unaffected scalp to reach the stratum corneum. This abnormal proliferation leads to an increase in the number of horny cells, accompanied by abnormal cementation, resulting in the appearance of large aggregates of horny cells on the scalp.
The specific cause is not known, but there are several determining factors that influence the functional disorder of the epidermis.
1.3 Dixidox de Luxe Peeling (200ML) | (500ML): Apply the exfoliant to your dry or damp scalp and massage. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Use once a week. The antidandruff effect of the peel can be enhanced by adding about 8 sprays of anti-dandruff lotion 2.4. Mix and apply to the scalp.
2.1 Dixidox de Luxe Antidandruff Shampoo (200ML) | (500ML) and 5.1 Dixidox de Luxe Steel & Silk Shampoo (200ML) | (500ML): Apply to the hair, massaging gently until it lathers. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse. It is recommended to alternate between the shampoos.
4.2 Dixidox de Luxe Triple Action Conditioner (200ML) | (500ML): Apply to damp hair from mid-lengths to ends after washing. Leave on for about 5 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
2.4 Dixidox de Luxe Antidandruff Lotion (100ML) | (200ML): Spray about 10 times onto your dry or damp scalp and massage. Use daily for 10 days. Continue using the lotion 3 times per week for a minimum of 3 months. It can also be used once a week as a preventive treatment.
